Swarm Gallery presents: FILMNIGHT 3.0: EXTRA LIVES

Swarm Gallery is pleased to announce the third in a series of monthly screenings of experimental, documentary, short, feature-lenth and animated film, video and all formats in between, curated by filmmakers and film enthusiasts from the Bay Area and beyond. There is a new home for film in Oakland!

FILMNIGHT 3.0: EXTRA LIVES is a collection of short form experimental videos that use both humor and technology to highlight the disconnect between our fantasies and our day to day lives. Artists include: Ryan Alexiev, Jason Cros, Julia Hechtman, Stéphanie Lagarde, Ellen Lake, Tara Mateik, Julia Oldham, Semiconductor and Lindsey White. EXTRA LIVES is curated by David Huff, Exhibitions and Programs Coordinator at Pro Arts Gallery in Oakland.
