swarm only ever uses secure and trusted delivery methods and all deliveries
are insured to cover damage or non-delivery. In the very unlikely event
that work is damaged during delivery, please contact swarm immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note.
Money back guarantee
For all purchases made without a prior viewing, you are entitled to cancel
your order for any reason within 14 working days starting from the day after
goods are received by notifying swarm by phone, email or post. You will be refunded
the cost of the work, excluding any initial delivery charges. Please remember that while the
work is in your care you are responsible for it and our insurance will not cover
any damage that occurs during this time. For insurance purposes, the cost of
returning the work will also be deducted from the refund.
